Funeral Ceremony
-
Work with me.
As a professionally trained Funeral Celebrant, my role and objective is to act on your behalf and help you create and conduct a uniquely personalised ceremony.
One which truly honours and celebrates a life lived.
-
The Ceremony.
The whole funeral ceremony itself, will be carefully crafted and delivered by me, to convey the very essence of your loved one, reflecting and telling their life story.
-
Meet with me.
I will meet with you at a venue of your choice, (or by Zoom/FaceTime) to discuss your loved one; gathering a sense of their character, individuality, as well as their historical life story. Feel safe knowing any information disclosed will be handled confidentially.
-
Personal service.
I offer a dedicated service, working in conjunction with the Funeral Director and yourself, sensitively offering a, compassionate and personalised funeral ceremony, that ultimately reflects their uniqueness.
-
Support
Whatever your personal circumstance; I am always mindful of the difficult time and stress you are under. The words and sentiments expressed by me, will sensitively reflect your emotions, as well as those of the loved one you have lost.
-
Your story.
There are so many different ways we can choose to weave and retell their story; perhaps through a poem, reading, or song. These carefully crafted words can offer so much comfort, at a time when we find it difficult to express how we really feel.
-
Music
I can help you to source both non-religious or semi-religious pieces, which respect an individual’s beliefs.
-
Your Guide
By bringing together memories and stories along with any music, poetry, readings and meaningful gestures you may wish to include. I will write and conduct a service that is a beautiful and fitting tribute to your loved one.
-
Remember.
Once I have drafted a tribute script, you will be able to review and edit the ceremony content. Then, following the funeral service, a beautifully presented final version will be delivered to you, for your keepsake.
